Error while reading .env file in windows 11

I'm using Windows 11, PHP 8.1. When i run php expose share http://localhost --subdomain=subdomain i was getting error Dotenv\Exception\InvalidPathException: Unable to read any of the environment file(s) at [C:\Users\user\Desktop\expose-master.env]. in C:\Users\user\Desktop\expose-master\vendor\vlucas\phpdotenv\src\Store\FileStore.php on line 68.
When testing windows 10 or ubuntu 22 it's working perfect. I was tested docker container too. Nothing helps
