ComposeUp!

This release adds some minor fixes to the Dockerfiles and changes the default option to retrieve images.

Images are now retrieved directly from Dockerhub and not built locally.
It also adds a default protocol and workflow database backup so that > 8 cpu machines can run analysis without any additional configuration.
