where we have in a bio.tools entry:

• operation and topic annotations (at least one of each), but no corresponding relationship defined in EDAM (operation has_topic topic) : raise INFO
• input->data and/or output->data (at least one) and operation annotation, but no corresponding relationship defined in EDAM (operation has_input|has_output data : raise INFO
• input|output->data and input|output->format annotations, but no corresponding relationship defined in EDAM (format is_format_of data : raise WARN
