Thank you for developing this useful tool. The default output from the program ChromosomePaint appears to recycle colors from a default palette across scaffolds/chromosomes. This results in multiple scaffolds/chromosomes having the same color. Is it possible to output unique colors for each scaffold/chromosome (at least for small numbers of scaffolds)?
