bgfx is configured to allow only encoder API

I'm trying to build a simple SDL + bgfx app with Emscripten but I get an error when trying to run it: bgfx is configured to allow only encoder API (see BGFX_BGFX_CONFIG_ENCODER_API_ONLY). Adding either -DBGFX_CONFIG_ENCODER_API_ONLY=1 or -DBGFX_CONFIG_ENCODER_API_ONLY=0 to the compiler flags both don't fix the error.

Test with provided examples.

If you don't specify anything, BGFX_CONFIG_ENCODER_API_ONLY is by default 0, which enables non-encoder API too.
