[Bug]: UI broken fail to load /assets/index-B6vi8L2E.css

• I have tried reproducing the issue in incognito mode to rule out problems with any third party extensions or plugins I have installed.

Describe the problem you are having

I try to access the UI this morning and the request /assets/index-B6vi8L2E.css hangs.
I try to:

• restart the docker container
• restart the server
• delete db, media and config directories
• Change version beta 1,2,3,4

Steps to reproduce

1. Try to acces the ui ip:5000
2. Inspect the requests using web developer
