If you can't connect via VLC either, you're right, this is likely a camera issue. The manufacturer's app probably is using a proprietary protocol. One thing you could try would be to set up restreaming to reduce the number of connections to the camera. https://docs.frigate.video/configuration/restream#reduce-connections-to-camera |

Describe the problem you are having
I have 8 Wansview Y1 connected on my frigate server. But some times one or more cameras crash. With the message: "No frames have been received, check error logs". What I did...
On the logs:
Even if I restart frigate, the container or the server, it doesn't work. And If I try with VLC it doesn't work too. (with the wansview App it's ok, I guess it doesn't use rtsp, but http...)
The only way I found is to reboot my camera.
VLC: ko
Frigate: ko
Wansview App: ok
nmap -p 554 camera_ip: ok
There is no patterns of "time", (like, each 2 days it crash... no) I reboot all my cameras at 12:00 every day, to try to solve the problem, but it's really random.
So my question is: Do you think there is a way to solve this problem ? It's look like it's more a camera issue than frigate, but for me it's possibly something like "a connexion not closed well", or a "connexion pool full" ... I don't know...
Thx for your help !
