This PR adds the CustomTableRow component created for editing properties within properties table rows.

• Editable subtext cell
• Editable area can either be an input field or a dropdown select, determined by the inputType prop
  Incudes:
• Tests
• Cosmos fixture -- with the option to change the props in the settings area of cosmos.
