BlueM.Opt will be used by Sydro for projects outside of Germany. For this, we need an English interface.

As with Wave (see bluemodel/BlueM.Wave#39), I dont think it is worth it to keep the German interface or to make it possible to switch between languages. So I will simply translate the existing interface to English.

Agreed. In my opinion, we should switch to English whenever we touch something: Interface, Code Comments, Wiki, Code variables, Input files etc.
