DB initialization

Install MariaDB server 10.5
install Python 3.9 with packages from requirements.txt:
Connect to database
- Host = localhost
  - or 127.0.0.1 if it doesn't work
  - or check your local ip if you have custom one and put it there
- username: root
- password: admin
  - as it is a local server ☼
run main.py
