You can edit this to get rid of the references field, then pass to rphylotastic to get names
This uses drake to run the analyses. The necessary functions, packages, etc are described in scripts in the R directory. To rerun the analysis, just source("make.R") within R (or, better so it can run unattended: nohup R CMD BATCH make.R > nohup.out &).
Make sure you have all the relevant packages (from R/packages.R). For rphylotastic, remotes::install_github("phylotastic/rphylotastic").
