MDP.py link missing

The python version of Majordomo pattern needs a file MDP.py. This file is present in the python examples directory of the book but there is no link to it from the guide. There is a corresponding file for many other languages too.

Maybe it's a case issue. Could you rename the file to lower case and send a PR.

What I am trying to say is that there is nothing in the guide that says about the existence of the MDP.py file. But it is necessary for the majordomo protocol to work with all the associated file. Ideally, there should a mention of the MDP.py file in the guide like there is a link to the zhelpers files.
