개선 사항

예외 처리 강화

MediaCodec 문서의 Error Handling 부분에 명시된 가능한 에러를 살펴보고, 에러 발생시 처리 또는 사용자 알림

백그라운드 작업 관련 코루틴 코드 개선

중복된 코드 제거
MediaCodec에서 제출한 Surface에 채워진 Framebuffer를 하나씩 처리해야 하므로 병렬성보다는 백그라운드 스레드로 돌리는 것에 집중(동시성)
