Sorry, missed that. Any particular reason to limit this to VS? Without the condition looks simpler and other IDEs might have or get support for that too |

When this got added, the request was about the generated VS solution file. Is this PR prompted by an actual use case you have that doesn't involve Visual Studio? |

Not in particular. Guess I had an earlier Boost version when I tried it |
