BasicYouTubeDownloader not working (not triggering at all) under 2024.4

The title pretty much says it all.

I have made sure a YouTube Video URL is on my clipboard. I have had Clipboard history on and off. I have used the native input gesture, NVDA + Shift + Y, and tried another of my own invention.

Regardless of the combination of input gesture and state of clipboard history hitting the trigger input gesture results in no action whatsoever occurring.
