Cannot convert videos

I try to convert a video (one 120 MB, the other 800 MB) and all I get is a 1 kB file which obviously is not the video. The correction works for a picture.

Probably I could help with finding the root cause. I think the issue a kind of resolution limit. Videos smaller than 4k is working for me.
