API creating folders - which are successful, but I can't see them

Quick question. So I've been building a crm meets loan management solution. We use box and when an internal team member, creates an organisation, I'm getting the api to call box to create a folder based on the legal name. To enable this currently, I went to JWT way enabling the enterprise: const client = sdk.getAppAuthClient('enterprise', ENTERPRISE_ID);. When the folders are being created, they don't have any 'createdBy' data since it was the API creating them so technically they are being created, but when I go into Box drive, I can't see them and if I add the folder ID to the url, it wont come up.

What is the best way to handle this? I was thinking group id? feedback welcome.
