Hiera-configurable TLD
Huge thanks to @tmcinerney for all of his work in #12, this module is now configurable with hiera. Importantly, you can change the default TLD for your projects from .dev to anything you want. Since .dev is becoming a real, globally-recognized TLD, the advice is to move away from it when and if you're ready.
