System Requirements
-------------------
Same requirements as the OJS 3.x core.

Installation
------------
To install the plugin:
 - copy the crossref folder into OJS/plugins/importexport

The export functionality can then be accessed through:
 - Tools > Import/Export > CrossRef XML Export Plugin
