PCL ontology build raised 6 unsatisfiable classes:

Should we update bridge file to change:

  • cranial nerve (UBERON:0001785) to root of cranial nerve (UBERON:0006843)
  • glossopharyngeal nerve (UBERON:0001649) to glossopharyngeal nerve root(UBERON:0019310)
  • trigeminal nerve (UBERON_0001645) to trigeminal nerve root (UBERON:0004673)
  • ...
    and make a new HBAO release to fix this issue?
