If anyone has brainreg and cellfinder outputs, and wants to combine them, there is now a brainmapper napari widget. This allows you to carry out the full workflow of analysing cellular distributions across whole-brain images within napari. The brainmapper command-line tool will continue to be supported for batch/HPC analyses.
