I made an installation script for design-baselines with compatibility with newer GPUs

Hi there,
First of all, thanks for your great work with your library!

Since we had some trouble installing it and making the library compatible with newer GPUs due to old dependencies (specifically RTX 3090s, but should work with newer versions as well), we uploaded some modifications to your code as well as install scripts and instructions here:

Also, we made the Mujoco installation optional, since in our case we did not need it

Hope someone could find it useful for reproducing the results!
