When calling from Brainstorm, it would be easier to have the license validated from Brainstorm, and then have the progress bar displayed while the SimMEEG gets initialized. On the SimMEEG side, this would require skipping the license validation in the Brainstorm case. =>
Would there be any use for the noise covariance matrix available in the Brainstorm database?
When starting SimMEEG with no head models, it shows three warning message:
Input surfaces: At the moment, Brainstorm copies the surface selected in the database explorer in all the surface fields: subj_cortexFile, subj_wmFile, subj_pialFile
Can this cause any problem in SimMEEG? Is this something that should be fixed?
