Description

Any content saved to playlist will not download unless/until Playlist is open. If auto-save for offline is enabled, it should automatically download to device once the video is added. Unfortunately, this isn't happening.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to Settings -> Playlist and make sure `Auto-Save for Offline is enabled
  2. Go to a website, such as YouTube and add a video to Playlist
  3. Whenever you open Playlist, you will see the video has not downloaded.

Actual result

Video is not already downloaded to the device. Often it will require the user to tap on the video name at least once to trigger the download.

Video when first added, so long as Playlist is not immediately opened:

Once I tap the video, it's initiated:

Expected result

When a video is added to playlist, it should automatically start downloading for offline viewing based on user settings.
