On Android the "Open all" option for recent tabs from Synced devices does not open all tabs

Description

When you have open tab sync enabled on your Android device, if you go to Menu --> Recent tabs long-press on the name of a synced device and click Open all, the browser appears to only open up to four tabs, regardless of how many show up in the list. This can be reproduced when opening tabs synced from Win 10 and macOS devices.

Steps to reproduce

1. Enabled Sync on your Android device to another desktop device
2. Go to Menu --> Recent tabs
3. Long-press on the name of a synced device and click Open all

Actual result

Android browser will open up to four of the tabs in the list

Expected result

All tabs listed should be opened

Hi, I wasn't talking about the "list of tabs" under synced tab. You need to click the name of the sync tab and then select "Open All". In your case, hold/long press on "DESKTOP-#" and then click "Open All". The tabs that should open given that you have 7 tabs synced should also be 7, based on your screenshot your current number of tabs is only 5.

Not reproducible for me on Samsung Galaxy S21 / Android 13 using version 1.73.105

I was able to open much more than 4 tabs when using Open All on synced device (Desktop)

Updated my Brave and the issue still occurs on my Nothing CMF Phone 1 (Nothing OS 2.6).

As you can see, the Brave browser is already updated to latest. I even did a reinstallation too, but the max number of tabs it can open with "Open All" is still 4.
