  1. date: show usage() for bad options

    * +%p format string comes from POSIX::strftime()
    * It seems more direct to also define +%P format string with POSIX::strftime()
    * Remove unsupported option -f from usage string (GNU date has -f but it takes a file argument)
    * Print usage if an incorrect option was entered
