Air travel is an essential part of modern life, connecting people and places across vast distances. In such a competitive industry, airlines constantly strive to improve their services and provide passengers with a seamless travel experience. This project aims to analyze customer airline reviews found online to gain a better understanding of the quality of service offered by different airlines worldwide, identifying key factors that influence passenger satisfaction.
The main objective of this project is to analyze reviews from major airlines across various regions of the world to uncover patterns and insights. By examining aspects such as overall ratings, cabin staff service, in-flight entertainment, food and beverages, seat comfort, and value for money, I aim to understand what drives customer satisfaction and distinguish the top-performing airlines in the industry.

Each entry in the dataset includes key attributes essential for airline analysis, such as airline name, overall rating, cabin staff service, in-flight entertainment, food and beverages, ground service, seat comfort, and value for money.
The second dataset was obtained from simplemaps.com and contains a comprehensive list of world cities. This data includes prominent cities sourced from the NGIA, US Geological Survey, US Census Bureau, and NASA. This dataset was used to map departure cities to their respective countries for further analysis.
