after getting a 404, search doesn't work #94

Steps to reproduce:

go to a page that doesn't exist, like: https://operations.bridgefoundry.org/whatever
see 404 page, type "something" into search box (top left of page)
it goes to https://search.html/?q=something and shows error "This site can’t be reached"

This no longer seems to be a problem. My guess is that you were viewing this page while I was still migrating everything to GitHub Actions.
