This package contains an all-in-one code to define and test a 6-parameter time domain kinematic
track fit for low-momentum particles.  It also implments a toy MC based on the idea of a low-mass
ire chamber, modeled on the Mu2e tracker.  Created Dec. 2018 by David Brown, LBNL
