Fix:
Keep max_loop_time when master channel get deleted.
Sync BPM to jack transport BPM
Fix issues with Soundfonts which didn't follow the GM specs.
add:
Soundfont select combo-box on the Fluidsynth settings window
some GUI improvements

Including JACK MIDI in/out support
Including ALSA MIDI in support
Including NSM support
Including gettext localization support
Including fluidsynth support
