IOC for SmarAct MCS2 controller
- In order for the IOC to work, it needs the MCS2 version of the motor record: https://github.com/bsobhani/motor-mcs2
- The SmarAct MCS2 SDK needs to be installed (compatible with both Windows and Linux)
- An ascii version is under development but needs further testing
