Adding "Remeber my (advanced) options" functionality

The group with which I am playing the game prefers the 'Do not show hints' and 'Private' options but it has to be set all of the time. Also we prefer critical rainbow and this have to be set all the time, too.

It would be really nice that the create new room would offer the same default settings as were used before (of course with new seed) and the game could remember my settings. If it is considered even better this could be switched by an advanced option checkbox like: "Remeber my create room settings"
