Turns out we already have steps on using Docker Hub. I added the steps for doing it with a local build above that Docker Hub section. I did not change the headline of the DockerHub part although it is not ideal but to avoid breaking links.
Also I kept style of that page by camelCasing headlines and adding Steps: to it.
