Follow the same philosophy of pytimetk for a richer port of the anomalize R package.

Thanks @mdancho84. I find the anomalize function useful.

The tsoutlier package includes a parameter for Box-Cox transformation, which can be helpful in ensuring a normal distribution of the remainder components. I wonder if it would be possible to incorporate this feature into your anomalise function?

We can look at optionally transforming which should help with no constant variance.
