Major updates:

1. Improved modularity of binning module - now consists of four sub-modules
2. Use of multiple binning software (CONCOCT, metaBAT2, MaxBin2)
3. Bin refinement module to consolidate results of multiple binners
4. Parallelized bin reassembly module
5. Parallelized Blobology module

metaWRAP v0.2

Major updates:

1. Improved modularity - metaWRAP as a whole now feels like a complete wrapper program, while maintaining the ability to run its individual modules separately for better control.
2. Parameterization - added numerous options to all modules, allowing for better control of each module
3. Added options that significantly speed up the pipeline. Depending on which options are chosen the pipeline may take a few hours or few days (but producing nicer results).
