rename_pre_handler 处理中new_path_str获取有问题

在rename或link动作的hook中重命名或者链接的新的目标文件全路径获取有问题

比如当前在/root目录，执行mv file1 d1/d2/ 这样驱动中目标路径成为了/root/file1
