Using v3.0.0, some Error messages are not printed from the CLI. Notably, when an extension handler is missing, the process just fails silently.

--log-level=verbose does the trick for me.
--log-level=verbose
I think that this should be the default behavior. Now, it even doesn't warn if tsconfig.js's dependencies contain a syntax error.
