feature: download an entire Windows VM image and start notepad.exe instead #5

Of course, don't cache the download. Re-download at every vim execution.

And download a VM image even if the user is on Windows already.

I'll leave this to the community to implement, I may accept a PR for this if it is an opt-out behavior for those who want a lighter-weight solution

Nah that would take too much space. Just use wine instead. Besides, wine's notepad.exe is better than the one on Windows (obiously reinstall wine and set it up again overwriting your previous settings if any at every vim execution)
