The goal of phase 1 is to research and reach out for approval for travel. Below is a summary of the subtasks, please complete each subtask.

Research:
The conference aligns with a CS Team objective. For example, CALACT is an appropriate conference request due to the attending audience and the impact we can have at a smaller conference.

Once conference is selected, calculate travel expenses. This includes the cost of complete travel (flights, ubers, taxi's, trains), cost of meals, promotional materials, Cost of attendance (Exhibitor or attendee registration).
Approval
Once research is complete, the approval process begins with the Xentrans travel request.
