invitation version

Add features as follow:

1. remove auto trust, every trustline should be trust by each account manually
2. update transaction fee to 0.001 CALL, account base reserved CALL to 1 CALL, owner reserved CALL to 0.1 CALL
3. add invitation feature, one can get commission when he activated account do transaction, commission percent is 20%
