1.3.0 release candidate 1

Binary release candidate 1 for version 1.3.0 (x64 only):

• TMF - native TED music format - support
• show video matrix
• SID hard sync fix
• optional reSID DLL support
• force specific SID model
• multithreaded playlist population

Binary release 1.2.4 out

Finally, a new binary release, for the first time since the move from Codeplex (which was quite a while ago!).

It would be quite long to list all the changes here, have a look at the changelog for more information.

The package contains both 32 and 64 bit exdecutables. (Is anyone still using 32-bit at all?)
