Required prerequisites

Motivation

Some time we only need one tool from a ToolKit. The current implementation are hard to get just one tool.

add method to show all available tools, then let user choose the tool they need

Guohao: for the search, give back the format ready to use, support in tool manager and all toolkits, support both direct exporting and tool manager exporting
