Different behaviours deleting MOs or Series that belong to other users #626

At version 2.4 the behaviour deleting MOs or Series is not the same depending on how you delete them.

At Series list, with rol ingestor (global scope but without permission to delete owners):

- You are not allowed to delete a Series with MOs (not live) belonging to other user.
- Inside a Series, you are not allowed to delete MOs (not live) belonging to other user.
- With Series only cointaining live MOs, you are allowed to delete them both (Series and all the live MOs).

At MOs catalogue, with same rol, you are allowed to delete MOs from other user.

The behaviour deleting content that belongs to other user should be the same for the all cases.
