Release 2.3.1 (2017-07-10)

Overview

This release only improves the "bookeeping" logic of downloaded segments. The previous logic could lead to re-downloading multiple times the same segments.

This unwanted behavior only showed itself on the release 2.3.0, despite being there for a long time, because an old bug (which led to the player being stalled forever) prevented it. It was after fixing that bug and running tests that this behavior was witnessed.
