Sugestão: assumir que está tudo no banco. Ou seja, que os enriquecedores do TSE já rodaram. Com isso teremos um resumidor.
Acho que isso tem algumas vantagens. Alem de se basear num esquema consolidado, ficamos protegidos de mudanças nos arquivos de candidaturas.
