Add bpftrace to Checkbox runtime snaps (infra) (#1636)

* Add bpftrace to Checkbox runtime snaps Adding bpftrace as a stage package allow it to be called on Ubuntu Core in order to monitor and debug some corner cases (namely, #1211 and #1435). * Remove bpftrace from older versions Looks like the package is not available in these versions.
