If #372 is merged, we'll pull in specific versions of the LXD/MicroCeph/MicroOVN documentation.
These versions can be specified in the Makefile.

They must be updated before the release to match the supported versions. Ideally, this should be done automatically based on our compatibility matrix.

Backports and pin down dependencies (v2-edge) (#490)

Backports the entire delta from `main` into `v2-edge`.

Also pins down the Micro* deps for docs, pipeline and go.

Closes #374.
