The performance tests started failing in https://github.com/carvel-dev/imgpkg/actions/runs/9717770966/job/26824177268 because some images are missing from dockerhub.

The image in question is cloudfoundry/capi-nginx, but in this story, we should check whether this is the only one.

The file in question is https://github.com/carvel-dev/imgpkg/blob/develop/test/perf/assets/cf-for-k8s-bundle/.imgpkg/images.yml
