StudioCity is a built-out UI layer for a social media app that would allow artists to connect and interact. The UI was first designed with Adobe XD and then implemented in React Native, with UI Kittens as the key component library which adheres to the Eva design system. It uses react native navigation for smooth in-app navigation through dynamic routes. The homepage is TikTok inspired with vertical scolling and zero margins, while the profile pages include horizontal scrolling for a very intuitive and pleasent browsing experience. Right now, dummy data is leveraged on all of the pages - all it needs is an API. This was a passion project I worked on during COVID to upskill in mobile app development.
