1. Make sure you have installed python3 on your computer. If not, please install it first.
2. cd to the directory where you have downloaded the code.
3. cd to pdir
4. Make sure you already have the input file in input directory.
5. Run the following command to generate the output file in output directory: bash script.sh
6. The output file will be named as output.txt and OS_GH_USERNAME.txt in output directory.
